• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
• Weekend Hours: No guarantee for weekends off, but scheduling is prioritized for fairness

Required Certifications

• ACLS
• BCLS/BLS
• PALS
• NIH
• TNCC
• CPI (preferred)

Experience Requirements

• Years of Experience: 2 years in Emergency Department
• Float Requirements: Must be able to float to ED holding

Unit Information

• Trauma Level: Level 2
• Patient Ratios: 1:4
• Equipment: Ultrasound, bladder scanner, neuro tele computer, Care Aware handheld devices
• EHR: Omnicell, EPIC, SBAR
• Patient Population: Pediatrics to Geriatrics

Skills and Experience

• Must Have Skills/Experience:
  • Non-Trauma Emergency Department experience
  • Interpretation of dysrhythmias
  • Management of dysrhythmias
  • Caring for ventilated patients
  • Triage
• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: A wide range of conditions across all age groups, including but not limited to, chest pain, stroke, and other critical cases.
