Occupational Therapist (IRF)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. This position is designed for individuals with a passion for helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to coordinate care and treatment plans for patients.
• Assist with patient care in acute care services as needed.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with professional standards.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient-specific goals.

Schedule

This position operates Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a 60-minute lunch break. There are no weekend requirements, and the position supports block scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with a pending license may be considered, provided the license is obtained or verified before the start date.
• Must be flexible to float to Acute Care services for additional patient care support.
