Emergency Room (ER) Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to patients experiencing acute medical conditions. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be responsible for critical decision-making and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Shift Details

• Shift: Nights

Holiday and On-Call Requirements

The position requires one of the following holiday and on-call commitments:

• One holiday with two on-call shifts OR additional shifts within a six-week period
• Two holidays with no on-call or additional shifts required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH
• Must pass an arrhythmia and medication competency test on the first day of employment

Other Requirements

• Must be located at least 75 miles away from the facility, as locals are not accepted
• Pending licenses are accepted, but must be obtained prior to starting

Attendance Policy

Please note that there is a strict attendance policy for travelers. Missing more than two shifts during a 13-week contract without a reasonable explanation may lead to contract review and potential cancellation.
