Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients. This role requires strong clinical judgment, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, including assessing and monitoring patients’ conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to create and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and ongoing care needs.
• Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment following infection control standards.
• Participate in patient and staff education programs.

Qualifications

• Current and valid nursing license in the state of practice.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in high-stress situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
