Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in supporting women during labor and delivery, ensuring safe and effective care for both mothers and newborns.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care during the labor and delivery process.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being throughout labor.
• Administer medications and implement nursing interventions as per protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on the childbirth process and postpartum care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide necessary interventions.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in labor and delivery nursing is preferred.
• NRP certification is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

This is a 3×12 days position, with a requirement to work every other weekend.
