Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.

Shift Details

• Day Shift: 4×10-Hour (07:00 AM – 05:30 PM)
• On-call as needed
• Will float to main OR as required

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, providing support and expertise to the surgical team.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient conditions and provide necessary interventions during surgery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of surgical procedures and patient care.
• Participate in patient education and support pre- and post-operative care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an RNFA.
• Current Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) certification.
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Active Massachusetts state licensure; conditional licenses will be accepted.
