Case Manager RN

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in patient care management within an acute care setting.

Job Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift: 4×10 Days
• Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule
• Guaranteed Hours: 70 hours per 2 weeks

Responsibilities

The Case Manager RN will be responsible for providing comprehensive care management for patients, ensuring that their needs are met throughout their acute care experience. This position may require floating within the scope of practice to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must possess a valid Alaska RN license
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience preferred
• Certifications: BLS required, ACM certification preferred
• Skills: Epic experience is required

Additional Information

Local candidates will not be accepted; applicants must reside at least 50 miles from the facility. Only one time-off request of 5 days or less will be permitted per 13-week assignment, with no holiday time off for those receiving auto offers.
