Shifts: 10-hour varied shifts

Minimum of 3 years of experience required.

Certifications and Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)

Job Description

Candidates who do not currently possess an active State of Hawaii license must apply upon acceptance of the offer and must obtain the license prior to the start date. No requests for time off will be granted during the first 13 weeks of the contract. Proof of flu vaccination or an approved application for medical or religious exception will be required before starting the contract. Flu vaccinations can be administered during the employee health clearance appointment.

Licensure

A valid State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license is required.

General Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in an acute hospital setting
• Ability to perform routine CT scans according to radiologist protocols
• Must be capable of functioning independently without supervision
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation is preferred
• Experience with venipuncture, performing MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, and procedures such as biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke is a plus
