Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

The role involves providing clinical care to patients in the Med/Surg/Tele and Cardiac Hospital Service and Post Procedure units. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for managing patient care and ensuring high standards of practice to promote positive patient outcomes.

Shift Information

• 12-hour shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• Day shifts: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm
• Night shifts: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical care to Med/Surg/Tele and Cardiac patients.
• Manage patient assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluations.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and care plans.
• Adhere to all nursing protocols and facility policies.

Qualifications

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Current Ohio RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of one year of experience in Med/Surg/Tele nursing.
