Job Details

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Years of Experience: 1 year
• Required Certifications: BLS Certification
• Shift Notes: 5 shifts of 8 hours each (8 AM – 4 PM)

Responsibilities

The Pharmacist will be responsible for:

• Dispensing medications and advising patients on the use of their prescriptions.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Providing drug information and education to patients and healthcare staff.
• Monitoring patient outcomes and making necessary adjustments to therapy.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• A degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Pharmacist.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
