Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical-surgical telemetry nursing and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry unit.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and interpret telemetry data.
• Administer medications and manage patient treatment plans according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and medication administration.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 12 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience.
• Must hold a valid Ohio nursing license or a compact state license.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work night shifts, including 3 twelve-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM.
