CT Technologist

Shift Information

Shifts are 10 hours with varied scheduling.

Minimum Experience

A minimum of three (3) years of experience is required.

Certifications and Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• ARRT certification in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer (candidates without an active license must apply upon acceptance of offer)
• Proof of flu vaccination or a facility-approved application for a medical or religious exception will be required prior to contract start date

Job Description

Responsibilities include performing routine CT scans per radiologist protocols and functioning independently without supervision.

General Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years of work experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Experience with Meditech EMR, Canon/Toshiba CT units, and Vitrea workstation preferred.
• Experience in venipuncture, MIP, MPR, 3D imaging, biopsies, drainages, vascular or cardiac imaging, trauma, or stroke is a plus.

Additional Information

Holiday coverage may be required. No requests for time off (RTO) will be granted in the first 13 weeks of the contract.
