CNA / Nurse Assistant

Shift Details

This position offers 12-hour night shifts from 18:30 to 07:00, with weekend rotations and holiday coverage required on an alternating basis. Standby call may be needed as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and support in a medical-surgical environment.
• Assist with daily living activities to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the patient care area.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an acute care Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA required.
• Completion of a certified CNA training program is required.
• MUST be listed on the Wisconsin CNA Registry.
• Successful completion of multiple travel assignments is preferred.
• No at-fault cancellations in work history.
• Background or license hits will not be accepted.
