Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting the healthcare team in delivering comprehensive medical services.

Role Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform assessments and record patient health histories.
• Educate patients and their families about health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures.
• Participate in patient care reviews and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
