Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while managing the demands of a dynamic healthcare environment.

Schedule

This position will follow a 3 on 2 off 2 on 3 off rotation, providing an optimal work-life balance while meeting the needs of our patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and record vital signs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families regarding health management and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
