Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring that all clinical and procedural protocols are adhered to. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting patient assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Administering medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes in status.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educating patients and their families on health management and recovery plans.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have the following credentials and experience:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Additional Requirements

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced certifications related to specialty area may be preferred.
• Willingness to participate in continuous education and professional development.

Schedule and Work Environment

The Registered Nurse role may require flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the patients, which may include evening, weekend, or holiday shifts as necessary.
