Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and certified Outpatient Physical Therapist with expertise in lymphedema management to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality therapy services in an outpatient setting, focusing on patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, specifically addressing lymphedema conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and improve mobility.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Shift Information

Available shifts include:

• 4×10 hour shifts
• 5×8 hour shifts

Shifts will start no earlier than 7:00 AM and end no later than 5:30 PM. There are no on-call duties or weekend shifts required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Lymphedema certification is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Active licensure in Minnesota; pending licenses will be accepted.
