Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist with a Lymphedema certification to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to work with a diverse patient population in a supportive environment.

Schedule

• Start Date: ASAP
• Shift Options: 4×10 or 5×8
• Working Hours: Starting no earlier than 7:00 AM, ending no later than 5:30 PM
• No on-call or weekend shifts required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services for outpatient clients
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques including lymphedema management
• Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment programs as necessary
• Educate patients and families about therapeutic exercises and recovery processes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Lymphedema certification required
• Current BLS certification
• Valid Minnesota licensure (pending licenses will be considered)
