Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Dialysis to join our team. The position involves variable shifts, primarily starting at 5:30 AM, with occasional mid-morning to late afternoon shifts depending on patient treatment needs. The role requires commitment for 4 to 5 days a week with Sundays off. We offer shared housing at no cost to our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer dialysis treatments to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions before, during, and after treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and aftercare.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in dialysis nursing preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
