Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Summary

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy that adheres to state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. This role includes patient evaluation, treatment planning, and delivery of therapy aimed at improving communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients experiencing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services in accordance with regulatory standards and facility protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Exemplary communication skills and strong clinical problem-solving abilities.
