Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide medically prescribed therapy to patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating patient progress to achieve optimal outcomes. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine their functional abilities and develop appropriate therapy plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions that enhance patients’ ability to engage in daily activities.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy techniques and wellness strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
