Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the observation unit.
• Monitor patient status and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid West Virginia or Compact nursing license required at the time of submission.

Shift Details

This role requires a commitment to a night shift, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week.
