Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing therapy in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for patient evaluation, treatment planning, and the delivery of therapy to enhance communication and swallowing functions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient needs.
• Document services in compliance with all regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and families to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills.
