Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide top-notch rehabilitation services in accordance with state and federal regulations. This role includes patient evaluation, individualized treatment plan development, and direct therapy delivery aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as outlined by practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Ability to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
