Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients by delivering physical therapy services in line with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to optimize their physical function and mobility.
• Develop and continually update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner to ensure compliance.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in adherence to practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and engage with patients’ families to provide holistic care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
