Job Overview

This position is for a Float Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for providing quality nursing care in various departments. The role involves working in a versatile environment with a specific emphasis on patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care across multiple units as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, recording observations accurately.
• Educate patients and families regarding health management and care plans.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Must possess current RN licensure and have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience is required.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health records is necessary.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and meet varied patient needs.

Work Schedule

This full-time position requires availability for 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role offers flexibility in various assignments within the facility.
