Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

Join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse. This position focuses on providing high-quality care to expecting mothers during labor and postpartum recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patients during labor and delivery.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and families.
• Administer medications and assist with pain management strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and infant throughout the delivery process.
• Perform routine assessments and interventions in accordance with established protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-year experience in Labor and Delivery preferred (2 years preferred).
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or compact license.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NCC C-EFM (must be current at the time of submission), STABLE, CPI, NIH.

Additional Information:

• Shift: Night shifts (19:00 – 07:30).
• Work schedule: Options for 3×12 or 4×12 hour shifts.
• Weekend work: Required every other weekend.
• Holiday work: Required as scheduled.
• Floating may be required within the specialty and to mother/baby unit as needed.

We welcome first-time travelers with strong experience and skill sets. Local travelers may be accepted at a reduced local travel rate. All requests for time off (RTO) should be included at the time of submission.
