Physical Therapist

Join a dedicated team of professionals in providing skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as needed
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians as per practice regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT)
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs
