Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role includes patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy aimed at restoring function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate for their specific needs.
• Develop and continually update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians according to practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
