Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist to provide exceptional therapy services in alignment with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and treatments for patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to patient needs.
• Document services provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and family members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD).
• Possession of an active state Occupational Therapy license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
