Interventional Radiology Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have the expertise and experience necessary to excel in a dynamic radiology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assist with interventional radiology procedures.
• Operate imaging equipment and ensure optimal image quality.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and manage patient comfort.
• Collaborate effectively with the radiology team and other healthcare professionals.
• Document procedures and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
• Current ARRT certification is required.
• Ability to work required weekend shifts and on-call as needed, including 1-2 nights a week and every 6th Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
• Pending state license accepted; must obtain prior to starting.
• All requests for time off must be included in the initial submission. Requests made after submission will not be considered.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for a day shift consisting of five 8-hour workdays, from 08:00 to 16:30.

Additional Information

Travelers must be aware of the attendance policy; if more than two shifts are missed within a 13-week contract without reasonable explanation, the contract will be reviewed for potential cancellation.
