Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. This position primarily involves caring for a diverse patient population, focusing on telemetry and progressive care unit (PCU) patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry/PCU setting.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, implementing care plans accordingly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a telemetry or PCU setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule

This position requires a night shift schedule, consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week from 19:00 to 07:00. Please note that block scheduling is not available.

Patient Ratios

The patient care ratios are set at a minimum of 5-6 patients per nurse.

This role does not accept local travelers. Candidates must have a valid Pennsylvania nursing license in hand prior to application.
