Job Description

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care for patients in Skilled Nursing/Extended Care settings. The role involves providing consistent and quality care to the patient population while meeting their needs and ensuring a comfortable environment.

Additional Details

• Shifts are nights, 12 hours long.
• Taking call is required two shifts every six weeks, with the potential for overtime.
• An active LPN license to practice in Colorado and a BLS certification are mandatory.
• Shared furnished employee housing may be available based on capacity.
• No pets, partners, or smoking are allowed in the housing facility.
