ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our intensive care unit team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients with critical conditions while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients’ families on their loved ones’ conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Shift Requirements

This position offers both day and night shifts in a 3×12-hour format. Shifts available are:

• Day Shift: 07:00 AM – 07:30 PM
• Night Shift: 07:00 PM – 07:30 AM

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Prior experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
