Case Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team for a contract position. The role requires a focus on acute care hospital inpatient experience and proficiency with either travel or EPIC systems.

Contract Details

• 13-week contract duration
• 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts
• 2-3 weekends required per contract
• Must work 2 out of the 3 winter holidays

Qualifications

• Acute care hospital inpatient case management experience
• Experience with travel assignments or EPIC systems
• Active VA license or ability to submit with license pending

Additional Information

Up to 40 hours of requested time off (RTO) can be approved during the contract period.
