Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will assist patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment goals in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and response to treatment accurately and timely.
• Assist in patient education and the development of home exercise programs.
• Effectively communicate patient status and updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety protocols, infection control standards, and compliance regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain a license).
• Ability to follow treatment plans and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
