Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to various settings, schedules, and patient needs.
