Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Information

The position requires working night shifts, specifically three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total) following an initial week of orientation. Please note that there is no guarantee of hours after orientation.

Minimum Years of Experience

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an emergency room setting.

Certifications/Requirements

• Current Hawaii RN License by the start of the assignment
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

Position Overview

This role is positioned within a fast-paced emergency room setting that includes:

• A 28-bed department
• 4 trauma bays
• 2 behavioral health rooms
• 22 cardiac monitor rooms

The successful candidate will thrive in a high-volume environment with fast patient turnover and will collaborate effectively as part of a dedicated team.
