Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg/Telemetry

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Med/Surg/Telemetry to join our Resource Pool. The RN will primarily be allocated to a designated location but may be required to float to other units as needed. The position is ideal for professionals looking to gain diverse experience across various settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care across multiple units.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding swiftly to critical changes.
• Educate patients and families about health management and wellness.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience; candidates with 1+ year of experience will also be considered.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH.
• Ability to pass arrhythmia and medication testing on the first day of employment.
• Willingness to comply with on-site testing requirements, including fit testing protocols.

Work Requirements

• Availability for at least two additional shifts or on-call shifts every six weeks.
• Must be able to float within scope to meet facility needs.
• Weekend work may be required as needed.
• All requested time off (RTO) must be included in the initial submission.

Additional Information

This position is classified under a Resource Float Pool, enabling the RN to work in various units as necessary. Local candidates are not accepted; a travel radius of 75 miles applies.
