Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

We are seeking experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists to join our team. This role will involve shifts from 18:30 to 03:00, with alternating schedules of 4×8 hours one week and 5×8 hours the next week, totaling 72 hours per pay period. This position offers an opportunity to work exclusively on weekdays, with no weekend shifts required.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to patients in a dynamic clinical setting.
• Utilize Epic for patient charting and documentation.
• Perform assessments and interventions consistent with best practices in neonatal and pediatric respiratory care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience in NICU and Pediatric departments preferred.
• MN RRT license is required; pending licenses will be accepted if obtained by the start date.
• Must possess NBRC RRT certification.
• Epic charting experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 25 miles away from the facility; local candidates will not be considered.
• Current certifications in NRP, PALS, and ACLS are required.
