Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Intermediate Care and Progressive Care Unit. This role is primarily focused on providing comprehensive care for patients undergoing liver transplant and treatment for liver-related conditions.

Shift Details

• Shift: Night 3×12-Hour (19:00 – 07:00)
• Block Scheduling: No

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients with liver conditions in the Intermediate Care unit.
• Monitor patient health status, vital signs, and overall progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on liver care and management.
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on liver care or a similar specialty preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
