Physical Therapist Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately and timely.
• Support patient education and assist with home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient statuses effectively to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state PTA license or anticipation of obtaining licensure.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
