Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines. This role involves patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy to help restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians per practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to optimize patient care.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state PT license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
