Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist who will provide high-quality therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as facility guidelines. This role involves patient evaluation, the development of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as appropriate.
• Develop and update treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians based on practice acts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patients’ families.
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT/MSPT/BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license (or the ability to obtain one).
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
