ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and be equipped to handle complex patient needs in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro patients.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate interventions based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC systems.
• Adhere to safety and infection control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting; 3 years preferred.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH required.
• Ability to float within scope to meet patient care needs.
• No prior first-time travelers accepted.
• Local candidates are welcome to apply.
• Pending licenses will be accepted.

Work Schedule

• Night shift: 3×12 hours (19:00 – 07:00)
• Every other weekend required, with guaranteed 36 hours per week.
• One request for time off is permitted.

Special Requirements

• Must have experience with EPIC electronic health records.
