Registered Nurse – Electrophysiology (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Electrophysiology to join a dynamic team. This role offers a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, working four shifts composed of two 9-hour and two 11-hour shifts, starting at 6 AM, from Monday to Friday. There are no weekend or holiday shifts required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients within the electrophysiology unit.
• Assist electrophysiologists with various procedures and protocols.
• Utilize advanced cardiac mapping systems and technologies, including Carto.
• Maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment in a busy complex electrophysiology program.
• Participate in patient education and support throughout their treatment process.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrophysiology.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is required.
• Experience with cardiac mapping systems, specifically Carto, is preferred.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team of electrophysiologists and other healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach to care.
