Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care and rehabilitation services. The successful candidate will adhere to state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines while focusing on patient evaluation, the creation of individualized treatment plans, and the delivery of direct physical therapy to restore function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients as clinically appropriate.
• Develop and update comprehensive treatment and discharge plans of care.
• Document all services accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehabilitation Technicians in accordance with practice acts.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and family members.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT).
• Active state Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying facilities, schedules, and patient needs.
