Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to join our team. This position entails providing high-quality care to critically ill newborns and supporting their families in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for neonates in a Level III NICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patients, implementing appropriate interventions based on clinical findings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate families on newborn care and the complexities of NICU treatment.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of recent experience in a Level III NICU.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications are required.
• Must hold a valid and permanent Ohio RN License or a Compact State RN license.

Schedule

This position requires working night shifts, specifically 3 to 12-hour shifts, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
