Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Certified Surgical Technologists (CST) for a 13-week contract. The position involves a 4×10 Day/Evening rotation, with a focus on providing high-quality support in a busy operating room environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams in a high-capacity operating room setting.
• Participate in evening shifts primarily, with opportunities for day shifts based on departmental needs.
• Schedule includes two weeks of night shifts per contract cycle.
• Fulfill at least two short call assignments within each four-week scheduling cycle.
• Work weekends with the possibility of being scheduled for 12-hour shifts, along with 8 or 10-hour shifts during the same week to meet contracted hours.

Shift Details

Evening shifts will be from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Day shifts will include:

• 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM on Wednesday

Qualifications

• Must possess a current certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Demonstrated experience working in a high-capacity operating room.
• Ability to accommodate limited requests for time off during winter holidays.
