Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to provide quality physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will assist patients in restoring mobility, enhancing function, and achieving their treatment goals in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care.
• Document patient progress and responses to treatment accurately and thoroughly.
• Assist patients with education and development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state Physical Therapist Assistant license or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
